Botterud Mediation Fees
Carl Botterud provides mediation and workplace investigation services throughout the state of California. Services outside of California will be considered on a case-by-case basis in light of applicable state law.
Mediation Fees:
- The rate for a full day day, single plaintiff, employment matter is: $4,800 including all pre-mediation preparation and post-mediation phone follow-up as needed.
- Fees are due and payable upon reservation of the mediation date.
- Fees are fully refundable unless the mediation is cancelled fewer than 21 calendar days before the scheduled date.
- Rates for class action matters or for non-employment related matters will be provided upon request.
Investigation and Hearing Officer Fees:
- Workplace and higher education investigations and adjudications are conducted on an hourly fee basis agreed upon in advance with the client based upon the scope and anticipated complexity of the matter
