With nearly thirty years experience representing and advising employees and employers, Carl’s practice is now focused on providing investigation and dispute resolution services to clients throughout California. Clients include public and private employers, as well as institutions of higher learning. Carl has investigated highly complex and sensitive matters involving allegations of hazing, academic and athletic misconduct, sexual assault, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethics violations, and abuse of power.
